Senior Support Engineer (Coordination & Oversight Focus)

This is more of a sales engineer

Fintech and Financial Services product sales engineering is most critical. This group's tech stack includes:

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments leveraging Cisco and Arista-based infrastructures, F5 and Citrix load balancing platforms, and next-generation firewall technologies

• Familiarity with hybrid cloud networking across AWS and Azure

• Exposure to automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Python) to support scalable and repeatable network deployments

• Working knowledge of observability and monitoring tools to support performance, troubleshooting, and client experience

Responsibilities:

Proven ability to work across complex organizational silos to build and maintain a holistic view of the client environment, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

Partner with BU account teams and leadership to fully understand customer demand, forecast upcoming work, and help shape prioritization strategies across multiple initiatives.

Lead planning and coordination of client-level activities across multiple large-scale migration or upgrade efforts, ensuring a seamless "one-touch” execution model and reducing redundant client interactions.

Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, ensuring all dependencies, risks, and sequencing of work are clearly defined and communicated.

Provide oversight and guidance to engineers on configuration approach, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to standards across all deliverables.

Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities, reducing manual effort, and enhancing workflow coordination across teams.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate status, risks, and priorities to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
