Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an EDI and Automation Engineer located in Waxhaw, NC. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing EDI solutions and automation processes to streamline business operations. Responsibilities include analyzing EDI workflows, troubleshooting, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth integration of data systems. The candidate will also focus on improving operational efficiency by designing automation strategies and maintaining documentation for data processes and integrations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) technologies and tools
- Proficiency with automation tools and designing process automation workflows
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data system integrations
- Familiarity with software development and scripting languages
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proven project management experience in the field of data systems and automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Experience in the healthcare or consulting industries is a plus
