We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for leading construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects and working closely with owners, architects, consultants, field teams, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports
- Review and manage contracts, scopes of work, and subcontractor agreements
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement logs, and closeout documentation
- Lead owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and project progress updates
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and constructability
- Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget
- Monitor project costs, billings, pay applications, and subcontractor commitments
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience with ground-up and renovation projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction operations
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
