
Project Admin/Coordinator/Procurement Manager For Interior Design Firm, Int. Design Experience Req.

We are a fast paced boutique interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager, with a background in project coordination / administration, and procurement specific to the Interior Design, Architecture or Construction industries, to join our team. Must have excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily studio operations, project execution while supporting /the team in all aspects of day to day responsibilities of Interior Design projects. This role requires a candidate willing to wear many hats and able to work in a fast paced environment!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks for the firm including monitoring company email inbox, trade account setup, credit card coding, shipping and collection of packages
Coordinating quotes, creating invoices & purchasing for all clients, tracking sales tax reporting
Coordinating deliveries, installs, and memos for clients
Managing FF&E budgets and schedules
Maintain project documentation and reporting
Liaise between KPI, tradesmen, architects, consultants, clients, etc.
Assist in the planning and execution of residential interior design projects from inception to completion
Support principal in personal admin in a limited capacity
Light HR duties, such as on boarding new employees, and managing employee time tracking
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential homebuilding, interior design, or architecture
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong follow-through skills
Excellent communication, written skills and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in project management software and tools
Detail orientated
Demonstrate ability to establish priorities and meet performance goals
Problem solving skills that show initiative
Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Dropbox
Ability to read construction documents (preferred but not required)
Special Requirements:
Not required, but a bonus if you have the following technical skills: , Sketchup, CAD, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop or AI programs.

Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, minimum of 2 years in a similar position required

Must Have: Vehicle to visit job sites / run errands

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
