Manager, Infrastructure Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers
• Provide clear direction, feedback, and support
• Anticipate, plan, and execute infrastructure projects
• Participate in hiring and defining hiring strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend or infrastructure engineering roles
• 2+ years managing or mentoring engineers
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable)
