Restoration Project Manager

Duties

• Lead and supervise restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion while maintaining high-quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to develop project timelines, budgets, and scope of work
• Oversee activities during restoration efforts to ensure compliance
• Manage daily operations on-site, including supervising sub contractors
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues promptly
• Train and mentor team members in best practices for invoices, material orders, maintaining budgets, scheduling and coordinating work for homeowners.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including logs, incident reports, and progress updates

Requirements

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to scope and deadlines
• Develop project schedules and track progress
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage budgets, estimates, and cost controls
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies
• Identify risks and implement solutions proactively
• Provide regular updates to homeowners and leadership
• Project management software (e.g., Job Nimbus, Xactomate, Alacrity, Sedgewick, etc)
• Budgeting and cost tracking
• Scheduling and resource allocation
• Contract and document management
• Ability to read plans/estimates
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
