Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manhattan, NY, for a Summer Business Analyst at Loanable. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify and define key business requirements, analyze data, and optimize business processes. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process optimization
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in identifying and documenting Business Requirements
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, spreadsheets, and business software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior internship or relevant experience in financial services or business analysis is advantageous
