Role Overview: Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition
The Senior Recruiter is an essential addition to Local Infusion’s national expansion, owning end-to-end recruitment for enterprise + B2B sales, strategic corporate roles and backing up healthcare positions (as needed), based in the biotech and pharma industries. Building commercial and operational teams with exceptional talent, this role requires competency and speed without compromising quality or a positive candidate experience. This hunter-focused senior role thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and is genuinely passionate about Talent Acquisition. A member of the People Team, this role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and partners closely with the Head of People + HR Ops while supporting leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities - What You Will Own:
- Full-cycle recruiting for BDE (sales) across biotech and pharma; paired with corporate + healthcare support as needed
- Sourcing difficult-to-fill, business-critical roles using creative strategies proven throughout your career
- Run hiring manager intakes and manage the full interview process per our workflow
- Evaluate candidates and influence hiring managers toward strong decisions
- Deliver a high-touch, differentiated candidate experience at every stage
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with clean pipelines and accurate ATS data
- Own requisitions from kickoff to offer acceptance, with close attention to offer-to-start timing
- Represent Local Infusion and our brand in every market interaction
- Partner with People Ops on onboarding, compliance, and broader HR initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting with a strong track record in health-tech and sales (enterprise, BDE, biotech); early agency experience a plus
- Proven success sourcing and closing in high-volume, outbound-heavy environments with multiple priority roles open
- Expert sourcing skills and genuine curiosity to keep growing as a head hunter
- Active LinkedIn presence and professional network you cultivate and leverage
- Experience at a high-growth mid-size startup where recruiting drove revenue and business impact
- Comfortable with high urgency and self-direction
- Strong stakeholder instincts: can run clean intakes, manage expectations, push back constructively, and earn trust across levels and functions
- Highly organized, process-driven, with a bias for clean data, documented workflows, and ATS hygiene
