Qualifications
Strong experience supporting production systems on AWS EC2 VPC ALBNLB RDS Lambda EKS
Handson experience with incident management and production support models in 24x7 environments
Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch Dynatrace Quantum Metrics
Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure networking and application layers
Working knowledge of CICD pipelines and deployment processes in AWS
Responsibilities
Provide L1L2 support for production incidents across AWShosted applications and infrastructure
Triage incidents by identifying root cause isolating infrastructure vs application issues and restoring service availability within defined SLAs
Escalate codelevel defects to development teams with clear diagnostics logs and impact assessment
Participate in oncall rotations major incident bridges and postincident reviews
Analyze application defects configuration issues and infrastructure anomalies reported via monitoring tools or user incidents
Perform regular application and infrastructure health checks across AWS services
Monitor system health using tools such as CloudWatch Dynatrace Quantum Metrics and ThousandEyes
Proactively respond to s related to resource utilization latency errors and availability
Maintain and improve dashboards for monitoring and observability
