Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager with deep expertise in Capital Markets and a strong background in leading large-scale
non-functional application modernization initiatives, including data center
exit and cloud migration programs.
This role will drive transformation efforts focused on improving scalability, performance, resilience, and operational efficiency of legacy platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-year programs involving infrastructure modernization, application re-platforming, and migration to cloud or hybrid environments while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end program management for
application modernization and data center exit initiatives
within Capital Markets environments.

Define and execute strategy for
non-functional transformation
, including performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and security enhancements.

Manage migration of legacy applications to
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
or modern on-prem/hybrid architectures.

Drive application
rationalization, rehosting, replatforming, and refactoring strategies.

Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Development, Security, and Business stakeholders.

Establish governance frameworks, program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.

Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across large-scale transformation efforts.

Oversee vendor management, including system integrators and cloud providers.

Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal risk controls.

Provide executive-level reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communication.

Manage budgets, resource planning, and program financials.
