#### PURPOSE

The Enterprise Systems Administrator is the designated owner of the assigned enterprise platforms, accountable for continuous optimization to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, member experience, risk management, and scalability.

The role operates within an agile, continuous improvement framework, accountable for owning and maintaining a constant backlog of epics and stories that enable ongoing enhancements of platform capabilities. While leveraging product ownership practices to support structured prioritization and incremental delivery, the Enterprise Systems Administrator focuses on business enablement.

#### FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as the endtoend system owner for assigned platforms (e.g., core banking, lending systems, digital banking)
  • Proactively work with business users to identify and resolve system inefficiencies, performance gaps, and control weaknesses
  • Lead system upgrades, releases, and enhancement adoption in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Enforce configuration governance and change control standards
  • Act as the primary system partner to business units, deeply understanding workflows, challenges, and performance goals
  • Identify and implement systemdriven solutions that improve: o Operational efficiency
  • Member and employee experience o Data quality and reporting
  • Risk and compliance posture
  • Lead working sessions with business teams to evaluate and redesign processes within system capabilities
  • Serve as the accountable owner for how the system supports business outcomes, not just how it functions
  • Continuously evaluate system utilization and identify opportunities to better leverage platform capabilities
  • Champion a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence across assigned platforms.
  • Maintain a systemcentric backlog of enhancements, defects, and optimization opportunities
  • Prioritize work based on business value, operational impact, risk, and system health. Incorporate organizational OKRs and WSJF in coordinating backlog prioritization.
  • Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure alignment with system priorities and business value
  • Lead testing, validation, and implementation of new features and system updates
  • Support audits, examinations, and internal reviews related to system controls and data integrity
  • Maintain appropriate controls around user access, data handling, and system configuration
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to proactively address systemrelated risks

#### PREREQUISITES FOR THIS POSITION

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Experience: 5 7 years progressive experience in product management, enterprise system administration, business systems leadership, or platform ownership, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Personal Characteristics and Skills: High integrity and professionalism. Always maintains confidentiality. Highly selfmotivated, organized, and able to work independently. Demonstrates strong ownership, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to follow direction while exercising leadership within assigned enterprise systems
  • Working Conditions: Requires sustained focus, attention to detail, and precision to ensure accuracy in execution. Requires awareness of physical and digital security in work environments. May require extended or irregular hours to support project deadlines or production implementations. Requires prolonged periods of sitting or standing, with occasional bending, lifting, or reaching. Ability to lift 40 pounds (e.g., equipment, project materials), if necessary
