We’re looking for a Fuel Distribution and Systems Product Manager to help optimize the systems that power our fuel supply across hundreds of stores. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, partnering with fuel teams and IT to translate business needs into scalable system improvements that drive efficiency and fuel margin performance. It’s a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and owning system-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create daily fuel supply strategies for retail locations, ensuring timely delivery and adjusting for disruptions or allocation issues.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply partners, manage fuel pricing and allocations, and oversee supply contracts and invoice reconciliation.
  • Monitor fuel and commodity markets to guide strategic decisions and translate supply needs into actionable data strategies.
  • Design tracking systems, scorecards, and analytics tools to measure supply performance and optimize execution.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and test fuel supply systems (e.g., Axxis, LPM, Dispatch), ensuring technical alignment and creating user-focused documentation.
  • Work closely with IT, data, and leadership teams to align on fuel strategy, provide updates, and coordinate product launches.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews, adapt strategies based on insights, and represent the organization in trade associations and industry events.

Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, supply chain, accounting, information systems, systems analysis preferred, or equivalent experience in related field.

Qualifications: Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in a commodity market
  • 2+ years' experience in system development

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $115,000-$130,000/year + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
