Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to lead the introduction, integration, and adoption of AI across the organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for identifying opportunities, educating stakeholders, designing solutions, and implementing AI-driven tools that enhance day-to-day business operations. You will serve as both a technical expert and a change agent, driving innovation while ensuring successful adoption of AI technologies across teams

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Evaluate business processes to identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption

· Educate leadership and cross-functional teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices

· Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent automation solutions

· Assess and implement third-party AI tools (e.g., chatbots, AI agents, automation platforms)

· Develop prototypes and pilot programs to quickly demonstrate value and feasibility

· Build and maintain data pipelines while ensuring data integrity and quality

· Monitor, optimize, and maintain deployed AI solutions for performance and scalability

· Establish governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and best practices for AI usage

· Drive change management efforts and support teams in adopting new tools and workflows

Preferred Skills:

· Experience introducing AI into organizations with low to moderate AI maturity

· Familiarity with generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications

· Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and lifecycle management

· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

· Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms)

· Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

· 3–7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI

· Proven experience deploying AI models or tools in real-world business environments

· Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis

· Experience managing projects or leading initiatives from concept to implementation

· Proficiency in working with APIs and integrating third-party platforms
