Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Eustis, FL. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts by maintaining relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. Responsibilities include identifying client-specific solutions, handling policy renewals, processing claims, coordinating with underwriters, and providing exemplary service to enhance client satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients to ensure their coverage continues to align with their needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship management skills to provide exceptional client support.
• Insurance knowledge and experience managing policies, renewals, and claims in the insurance industry.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills for processing documentation and managing client accounts.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and negotiate with underwriters.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Experience with insurance software tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is beneficial.
• Licensing in Property and Casualty Insurance or willingness to obtain required licensing promptly upon hiring.
