Marketing Specialist

Overview
NEO Surgical Group is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to support our outreach and brand presence within the medical community. This role focuses on coordinating marketing materials, supporting events, and managing social media content to promote our services and strengthen patient and referral relationships.
Key Responsibilities

• Order, track, and manage inventory of marketing supplies and promotional materials
• Create, update, and order marketing collateral such as pamphlets, brochures, and flyers for medical offices
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Ensure marketing materials align with company branding and healthcare guidelines
• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Support additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or healthcare marketing preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
• Comfortable working with vendors and coordinating material orders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with a professional approach
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
