We are seeking a technical and commercial professional to support quotation activities for both Pietro Rosa TBM Group and NEAP. This position is intended for candidates who are authorized to work in the United States in accordance with applicable immigration and employment laws.
Position Overview
The selected candidate will support sales and commercial activities related to customer quotations and market development in the US aerospace and industrial gas turbine sectors.
The role includes an initial training period in Italy (estimated 3–6 months, subject to confirmation), followed by a US-based assignment.
EDUCATION
- Degree in Aerospace/Management/Mechanical Engineering (Master’s Degree is preferred).
SKILLS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (i.e Excel);
- Ability to manage time and respect deadlines;
- Ability to summarize and present results effectively and clearly.
- Analytical and “data-driven” approach;
- Teamwork skills and ability to build relationships with all organizational levels;
- Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling on business software NX;
- Advanced use of company ERP software;
- In-depth knowledge of the company's forging, machining and finishing processes;
- Knowledge of costing and investment analysis methodologies.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2–3 years of experience in similar roles within structured industrial environments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure accurate input into ERP systems, including manufacturing cycles, cost structures, and investment data.
- Support the preparation of technical-commercial presentations and RFQ documentation for internal and customer use.
- Participate in technical risk assessments related to quotation activities.
- Maintain regular interaction with Customers and Group stakeholders to ensure alignment during bid preparation.
- Engage with strategic suppliers and internal departments to support cost estimation and technical validation activities.
- Support customer meetings and discussions as required during the bidding and clarification phases.
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with relevant technical and cost inputs.
- Ensure timely execution of activities in line with agreed deadlines and sales planning requirements.
- Operate in compliance with internal procedures, ethical standards, and delegated authority guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
