The Role

We’re looking for a
Project Manager
with strong experience in
SEO and digital marketing operations
to drive execution across multiple client engagements. This role is for someone who can independently manage complex workstreams, proactively solve problems, and bring structure to fast-moving, high-impact initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Project Management:
Own end-to-end project management of SEO and content initiatives across multiple clients
- Planning & Resourcing:
Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and capacity forecasts
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
Align consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure execution stays on track
- Client Interaction:
Serve as a trusted operational partner, communicating clearly, managing expectations, and driving accountability
- Performance Oversight:
Track KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables; proactively identify risks and resolve blockers
- Reporting:
Deliver clear, actionable updates to both internal leadership and client teams
- Process Improvement:
Continuously refine workflows, tools, and delivery frameworks to improve efficiency and quality

Required Experience

- 5–7+ years
in digital project management, with a strong focus on
SEO, organic search, or content marketing
- Proven experience managing
multiple complex client engagements simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as
ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or equivalent
- Experience working in a
consultancy, agency, or high-performance in-house marketing team
- Strong understanding of
SEO workflows
(technical SEO, content production, audits, reporting cycles)
- Exceptional communication skills, especially in
client-facing environments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven with strong problem-solving ability
- Based in the
United States
(no visa sponsorship available now or in the future)

Preferred / Bonus

- Hands-on familiarity with SEO tools (e.g.,
Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4
)
- Background in
technical SEO, content strategy, or digital analytics
- Experience supporting
B2B, healthcare, financial services, or multi-location brands

Pay:
$70,000 - $75,000 per year
