VP, Field Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking a VP of Field Engineering to lead a global team of Technical Consultants, Migration Engineers, and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) responsible for executing complex customer implementations post-sale.

This team sits at the intersection of Professional Services, Product, and Partner Delivery, ensuring that customers, whether delivered internally or via partners, are successfully deployed and scaled on Nue.

This role is critical to enabling a partner-led delivery model, where Field Engineering provides the deep technical expertise, tooling, and oversight required to ensure high-quality, scalable implementations across both internal and partner-led engagements.

This is a hands-on execution leadership role, requiring deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash systems.

This role is expected to actively leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging agent-based workflows to drive productivity, improve decision-making, and scale impact. This includes using AI to accelerate problem solving, enhance team output, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for automation across delivery and execution.
