We’re a fast-growing, industry-disrupting plant-based food technology startup transforming how cafés serve plant-based beverages. Our machines produce fresh plant-based milks and lattes directly in coffee shops, smoothie bars, and matcha cafés across the United States—without waste and without gums, preservatives, or fillers.
We’re looking for a motivated and well-organized sales professional to help expand our presence throughout the region by building relationships with specialty coffee and foodservice operators. Our team is collaborative, passionate, and mission-driven, with a strong commitment to sustainability, clean ingredients and superior beverage quality.
Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our commercial footprint and supporting our growing network of café partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and win new business across coffee bars, coffee roasters, and foodservice operators
- Build & manage a strong B2B sales pipeline
- Conduct consistent outbound outreach to generate qualified opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle, including pitching, negotiating, and closing new accounts and securing placements
- Use CRM and internal tools to track activity, prioritize deals, and drive pipeline efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales to accelerate market penetration
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented approach while contributing to company growth
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success selling into foodservice accounts such as cafés, coffee chains, or restaurants
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally (up to ~75%)
Compensation
$65,000 – $120,000 per year
Total compensation package includes commission, equity, performance bonuses, benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
