Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire visual design process — from concept development to final handoff — for marketing campaigns, digital assets, menus, and promotional materials across all restaurant brands.
- Conceptualize and execute original design ideas, imagery, and user interfaces that enhance simplicity, usability, and guest engagement across print and digital media.
- Leverage AI platforms such as Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Figma AI to ideate, generate, and refine content, imagery, layouts, and written copy efficiently.
- Maintain and update WordPress websites used as brand CRMs and marketing hubs, applying strong knowledge of CMS architecture, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and modern plug-in solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate digital structure and functionality for brand websites and campaign pages.
- Prepare and present design deliverables at all stages to peers, marketing leadership, and executive stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
- Execute print production tasks, from developing ready-to-print artwork to coordinating with external vendors and printers to maintain brand precision.
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and agency integrations, ensuring efficient implementation across all restaurant locations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and Operations teams to bring campaigns to life across menus, in-store displays, digital screens, social content, and advertising materials.
- Design high-quality creative assets for multi-location restaurant environments: menus, window displays, POS, social media content, billboards, retail packaging, custom artwork, and internal brand documents.
- Adopt automation and generative AI workflows to reduce repetitive design tasks, accelerate iteration, and increase creative output without sacrificing quality.
- Establish and maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while exploring innovative ways to evolve each concept’s look and feel.
- Stay current on emerging design and technology trends, including generative design, AR/VR visualization, and interactive content integration within hospitality marketing.
- Contribute actively to creative strategy sessions, bringing AI-driven insights and new design methodologies that future-proof our brand identity and marketing approach.
- Promote design best practices and standards, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines, accessibility principles, and performance metrics for web and digital experiences.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with digital marketers, copywriters, and franchise development teams to align design execution with business goals.
- Perform other creative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall innovation and visual identity of the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
