The Opportunity
Oxford Medical Simulation (OMS) is expanding rapidly across U.S. Health Systems and Nursing/Medical Academic Systems. We are hiring a Solutions Engineer to sit at the intersection of technology and healthcare, translating complex product capabilities into compelling solutions for clinical and administrative buyers. You'll be a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, from initial discovery to sales demos, to successful onboarding and go-live.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who thrives on the technical, clinical and human sides of sales and customer engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with Account Executives on strategy for prospects who have reached the sales demo stage
- Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to each prospect's clinical and operational workflows
- Configure and customize demo environments to reflect real-world healthcare use cases
- Custom mapping of OMS content to prospects’/clients’ specific curriculum
- Complete site set-up and configuration for new clients
- Serve as the technical lead during client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from signed contract to live production environment
- Develop and deliver role-based training programs for end users, administrators, and clinical staff
- Create onboarding documentation, training guides, video walkthroughs, and knowledge base articles
- Work with OMS and client IT teams to coordinate technical integrations as needed (i.e. SSO)
- Collaborate with Account Management team to manage onboarding timelines and resolve technical blockers
- Conduct go-live readiness assessments
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Engineer role in the healthcare technology space
- Registered Nurse with direct experience working in a clinical or healthcare administrative setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical product demonstrations for executive and clinical audiences
- Experience delivering end-user training programs in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT and integrations concepts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding engagements

- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience with LMS platforms or instructional design
