PhotoboothTO is a premium experiential marketing company specializing in interactive event activations for brands, agencies, and corporate clients. We design and deliver high-end photo and video experiences that elevate events and create shareable moments.
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and polished Account Executive to handle inbound leads, run discovery calls, and convert opportunities into booked events.
This is not a transactional sales role. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, shaping creative solutions, and guiding prospects toward the right activation for their event.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls with inbound clients (brands, agencies, event planners)
- Identify client goals, event details, and success metrics
- Qualify opportunities including budget, timeline, and decision-makers
- Translate client needs into tailored activation recommendations
- Collaborate with internal team on proposals and concepts
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups using CRM
- Drive opportunities through to close
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
- 2+ years experience in a client-facing role (sales, account management, or similar)
- Strong verbal communication skills with confidence leading calls
- Proven ability to run structured discovery conversations
- Comfortable discussing budgets and qualifying leads
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Based in Toronto or GTA
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, or agency environment
- Background in account management or client services
- Ability to sell intangible or custom solutions (not just fixed products)
- Strong sense of brand, presentation, and attention to detail

Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 CAD
- Commission: Performance-based (uncapped)
- On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+
