Become a Key Player as an Engagement PMM Program Manager

You will help keep engagement product marketing initiatives on track so the team delivers on time and with clarity. You will coordinate across product, marketing, and engineering stakeholders and own day-to-day project execution. This role is hybrid preferred (near the client office) but open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.; you may need to shift hours to join meetings across time zones.

• Support planning and execution of engagement product marketing projects
• Track timelines, deliverables, and progress across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as product, marketing, and engineering
• Communicate updates, timelines, and next steps clearly to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve issues that may impede progress
• Jump into both ongoing work and one-off initiatives to keep projects moving

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 7+ years of experience in project management, marketing, operations, or related work
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex, multi-track projects
• Excellent communication skills with ability to align stakeholders and drive clarity
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined projects
• Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partner teams

Pay Range

$53.52 - $66.90/hour
