Job Title: Business Analyst

Location:
United States — Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote (based on client needs)

H4 EAD, L2S, GC, USC Only (Must be able to share passport details for submission)

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
- Create
BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases
, and process flow diagrams
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Work with data teams for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis where required
- Ensure documentation is updated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5–8 years of experience as a
Business Analyst
- Strong experience in
requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
- Good understanding of
SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Experience in
UAT coordination and testing support
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in
Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, or Retail domains
- Knowledge of
SQL for data analysis
- Experience with
data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification such as
CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
is a plus
- Exposure to
digital transformation or enterprise applications
