Summary

This role is for an Integration and Automation Engineer (or a similar DevOps-focused Specialist) who serves as the bridge between disparate systems. The core mission is to eliminate manual bottlenecks by building seamless data flows and automated workflows across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a Computer Science degree and a strong command of PowerShell and SQL. You should be comfortable navigating cloud environments and networking protocols, possessing the "cool under pressure" mindset needed to debug complex integration failures in real-time.

This is an on-campus position in Prescott, Arizona

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and deploying solutions to connect different enterprise applications, databases, and APIs to create seamless, data flow and end-to-end automated workflows.
  • Designing, coding and implementing custom scripts using Python, PowerShell or Bash to automate administrative processes, monitor systems and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring integrations and automated processes in production environments, debugging failures, and performing root-cause analysis.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements for enhanced system reliability and speed.
  • Developing comprehensive test plans, cases and scripts to validate system functionality, performance and reliability, ensuring solutions meet quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, business analysts) to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Analyzing manual business processes to create technical requirements for automation solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining clear, detailed technical documentation for automations, integration processes and configurations.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Skills/Experience:

· Knowledge of API protocols, programming languages (PowerShell preferred) and database management (SQL)

· Experience with cloud platforms and networking protocols

· Ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure

· Strong communication and collaboration skills for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
