Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a senior engineering leader with
10+ years of production software engineering experience
to work directly with senior stakeholders at a large financial institution. This is a
hands-on engineering role
focused on enterprise-scale engineering transformation, automation, and platform modernization.
The ideal candidate comes from a strong
software engineering background
with experience in
production systems, DevSecOps, SDLC automation, and agentic enterprise systems
, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise engineering transformation in a regulated banking environment
• Automate end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Design and implement DevSecOps pipelines and automation frameworks
• Improve engineering productivity through automation of:
• CI/CD pipelines
• Testing and deployment workflows
• Release and governance processes
• Design and implement context-aware systems (Context Engineering) for enterprise use cases
• Build and support enterprise AI / agent-based systems (beyond chatbots)
• Work on Agentic RAG systems in production environments
• Configure and implement the Harness platform for CI/CD, deployment governance, and release automation
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and governance teams
• Engage directly with senior business and technology stakeholders

Must Haves

• 10+ years of production software engineering experience
• Strong engineering-first background
• Deep expertise in SDLC automation and DevSecOps
• Experience automating CI/CD, testing, deployment, and release pipelines
• Experience with MCP servers or enterprise AI platform engineering
• Experience automating governance processes (ARB or similar)
• Strong understanding of context engineering in enterprise systems
• Experience with agentic systems / Agentic RAG in production (not chatbot PoCs)
• Strong system design and architectural thinking
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders

Nice to Haves

• Experience in banking, payments, or capital markets
• Exposure to enterprise knowledge graphs or context systems
• Hands-on experience with any harness platform (agentic CI/CD + release governance)
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience in regulated environments
• Contributions to open-source AI/LLM/agent frameworks or engineering tools
• Experience leading large-scale engineering transformation programs

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Or equivalent real-world experience in large-scale production engineering environment
