You are Prodapt’s AI executor, the person who takes an idea from a whiteboard to a working prototype to a global production deployment. You are equally comfortable writing Python, architecting multi-agent systems, and presenting ROI to a CFO.

Core Pillars of the Role

- Use Case Discovery & ROI:
Partner with Practice Leads to identify high-value AI opportunities across network operations and CX. You define the business case, effort, and risk.
- Rapid Prototyping (PoC to Prod):
Own the end-to-end build. From data exploration and RAG architecture to front-end interfaces and stakeholder demos.
- Production Scaling:
Lead the transition of successful PoCs into production. You define the MLOps pipelines, governance controls, and reusable AI accelerators.
- Capability Building:
Mentor the next generation of AI engineers and document repeatable patterns to build institutional AI knowledge.

The Bar

- 8–12 years
in AI/ML engineering, with a deep focus on
GenAI & LLM
application development.
- Expert-level Python:
You write the architecture, review the code, and know when a model is hallucinating before the metrics even show it.
- Agentic Mastery:
Hands-on experience with
LangChain
,
LangGraph
, or
Microsoft AutoGen
.
- Enterprise MLOps:
Proven track record of taking AI solutions from a demo to a stable, scaled production environment (Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Bedrock).
- Industry Fluency:
You understand the "Connectedness" space—networks, BSS/OSS, and 5G—not just AI in the abstract.
