Family Law Attorney

Raheen Family Law is a fast-growing family law firm looking to add a Family Law Attorney to the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law including trial experience, thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, have superior writing skills, are detail oriented, able to work well under pressure, and able to provide our clients with top-quality customer service. The candidate will also have experience with preparing and responding to discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and orders, drafting settlement agreements, drafting witness and exhibits lists, preparation of trial exhibits, prepare clients for trials and hearings, and attend trials and hearings.

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Fairfax, VA for a Family Law Attorney. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, and other related issues. The Family Law Attorney will also handle legal research, drafting motions, and presenting cases in court.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia
• Family law experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with multiple deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office and legal research databases

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
