🔨 What You'll Do

1.Ad Exchange & RTB Infrastructure
• Design and build a
low-latency RTB system
capable of handling millions of bid requests per second • Implement and maintain
OpenRTB 2.6 / 3.0
compliant auction logic, bid caching, and floor pricing mechanisms • Integrate with major SSPs and DSPs such as:

  • Google Ad Manager / Open Bidding
  • Amazon TAM
  • The Trade Desk
  • DV360
  • Xandr / Microsoft
  • Index Exchange

2.Auction Logic & Yield Optimization

• Build and tune
price floor strategies
, deal ID /
PMP (Private Marketplace)
infrastructure

• Design
bid request/response schemas
and run
A/B testing frameworks
for pricing discovery and audience valuation

• Optimize
win rates, fill rates, and bid timeout
handling in high-QPS environments

3.Data & Performance Pipeline

• Build real-time data pipelines for
bid stream analytics
, win/loss reporting, and campaign pacing

• Collaborate with ML team to develop
AI-driven bidding models
using our proprietary 1st-party commerce intent data

• Contribute to
data clean room
capabilities (e.g., Google PAIR, LiveRamp)

4.Commerce Media Integration (Future Scope)

• Define specs for
in-house bidding algorithms
leveraging fashion shopping signals

• Package
first-party shopping intent data
into scalable audience segments for DSP activation


What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building
RTB / SSP / DSP / ad exchange systems

• Deep understanding of
OpenRTB protocol
(auction mechanics, bid caching, floor pricing, deal IDs)

• Strong backend engineering (Go, Java, C++, or similar — high-throughput, low-latency systems)

• Experience with
header bidding
(Prebid.js or server-side S2S)

• Solid understanding of the
adtech ecosystem (DSP ↔ SSP ↔ Publisher)

Strong Plus

Experience at or exposure to:

-Moloco

-Criteo / Criteo Commerce Grid

-Taboola

-Connexity / Realize

- Background in
retail media, fashion, or e-commerce advertising
- Experience building or contributing to
RTB algorithms / bidding strategies
- Hands-on with
ML-based bidding or optimization models
- Experience with
data clean rooms
(e.g., Google PAIR, LiveRamp)
