As Operations Director, you own the most critical part of the business: the stay itself. Every spotless home, every rapid fix, every moment a guest feels like our only guest — that's your output. Without it, nothing else compounds. Sales signs owners, marketing drives demand, but if Operations doesn't deliver, the business stalls. This role turns the mission into a physical reality across every property, every day; in turn driving the reviews, retention, and unit economics that fuel everything else.

You'll serve on the Renjoy Leadership Team alongside our co-founders and functional heads of departments, helping shape the direction of the company as we scale.

Requirements

  • Location: Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs area. This role is on-site and requires some travel. You will serve on the Renjoy Leadership team.
  • Experience: 5+ years leading multi-site operations in hospitality, property management, or a service-intensive industry. Vacation rental, hotel operations, or property management experience strongly preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven track record building and retaining teams of 20+ people, including managing managers. Strong written and verbal skills. You give direct, honest feedback and hold people accountable without burning trust.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable building workflows, implementing task management systems, and using AI as a daily force multiplier. You use data to make decisions. You can build or describe automations to drive quality and efficiency.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary, directly tied to results
  • Flexible Paid Time Off

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
