Product Manager- System Integration & Standardization

Core Responsibilities

• Hardware-Software Interaction Design
• Logical Layer: Define API communication protocols and collaborative workflows between robots and external systems.
• Physical Layer: Design physical interfaces for robot-to-external-device interaction (e.g., standardized pushrods, gripper adapters, alignment brackets). Ensure motion paths are collision-free and meet mechanical stress standards.
• High-Precision Engineering Documentation
• Proficiently use AutoCAD / SolidWorks to produce standardized integration station layouts.
• Drawings must precisely calibrate physical Touchpoints to ensure "Plug-and-Play" functionality at customer sites following pre-assembly.
• Mass Production & Standardization Optimization
• Continuously refine physical interaction components to minimize on-site debugging time.
• Implement modular design to ensure compatibility with various third-party equipment brands, enabling rapid scalability.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure all physical interactions comply with OSHA (Industrial Safety) and NSF (Sanitation) standards (e.g., anti-pinch designs for robotic arms, food-grade contact materials).

Requirements

• Technical Drafting: Must be proficient in producing professional-grade CAD drawings with a solid understanding of mechanical structures.
• Hybrid Expertise: Deep understanding of APIs combined with practical experience in physical interaction control. Background in automated production lines, smart retail hardware, or robotics implementation is highly preferred.
• Standardization Mindset: Exceptional ability to modularize complex processes and "de-specialize" (eliminate non-standard components) to facilitate mass production.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin with the ability to accurately translate and communicate complex technical requirements.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
