
Business Analyst- MIH
JOB SUMMARY: Entry-level Business Analyst role supporting a Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) organization. Responsible for analyzing clinical, operational, and financial data to improve patient outcomes, optimize resource utilization, and support hospital-at-home and community paramedicine programs.

- Analyze operational, clinical, and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support hospital-at-home and MIH program performance tracking (admissions, LOS, outcomes, cost savings)
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and field operations
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and billing teams to improve workflows
- Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions
- Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership
- Ensure data integrity and support data governance efforts
- Create reports and presentations to summarize data results
- Other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools preferred
- Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team
- An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and presentation skills.
- Affinity for new technologies and market trends like AI, machine learning, and big data is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Understanding of healthcare operations or EMS/MIH models
- Internship or academic project experience with data analysis
