What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
• Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
• Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
• Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
• Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours weekly)

Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Training Rate: For the first 3 months, $1,440 to $1,760 per bi-weekly pay period while training!

Post Training Pay: Continuous base pay of $14.00 *PLUS uncapped* commission, *PLUS percentage* of store sales!
