Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for a hybrid role based in Metro Detroit, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company’s customer base. Daily tasks will include prospecting new clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, presenting property management and real estate solutions, and preparing proposals and contracts. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Property Management, Real Estate Sales, or Leasing practices is a strong advantage
- Analytical skills for market research, trend analysis, and competitor evaluation
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools
- Flexibility to travel locally within Metro Detroit as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
