Social Media Analytics & Operations Manager
to strengthen the performance intelligence and operational backbone of our global social media ecosystem.
As Social Media Analytics & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Phonak’s global social media channels are
efficient, scalable, compliant, and delivering measurable value
. You will transform data into actionable insights, standardize tools and workflows, and empower markets to execute best‑in‑class social strategies.
Responsibilities:
Analytics & Insights
- Own and evolve Phonak’s global social media measurement framework, KPIs, and benchmarks aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions across paid, organic, influencer, and advocacy activities
- Analyze performance trends and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
- Track ROI of campaigns and always‑on social activity
- Conduct audience, content, and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Present insights to stakeholders and senior leadership in clear, compelling formats
Operations & Governance
- Lead the global social media tools ecosystem, including publishing, listening, analytics, DAM, and advocacy platforms
- Standardize processes, workflows, and best practices across global and local teams
- Manage content calendars and publishing governance
- Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and market adherence
- Maintain social playbooks, guidelines, and training materials
- Oversee agency and vendor performance related to analytics and reporting
Enablement & Collaboration
- Support local markets with performance reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations
- Train stakeholders on tools, reporting, and data interpretation
- Collaborate with paid media, CRM, and web teams to integrate cross‑channel insights
- Act as Phonak’s internal expert on social media data and operations
Innovation
- Identify new tools, automation opportunities, and emerging measurement approaches
- Test and implement AI or advanced analytics solutions to increase efficiency
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing operations, or performance marketing
- Strong expertise with social analytics and listening tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or similar)
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent platforms
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic, actionable insights
- Experience working in global or multi‑market environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, with strong process and systems thinking
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with paid social and performance marketing metrics
- Experience managing agencies or vendors
- Knowledge of influencer and advocacy programs
- SQL or advanced analytics capabilities
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $90,000 – $110,000 annually. This role is also bonus eligible.
