*JOB SUMMARY*

SEU's Creative department is seeking student workers for the 2025-2026 school year (summer semester). Applicants must be a returning Southeastern University student (freshmen are encouraged to apply) and available to work a part-time schedule. Please note that this job will be open until positions are filled. Total hours accumulated cannot exceed 29 hours for regular students and 20 for international students.

## *ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS*

*Reports to:*Social Media & Operations Manager

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES -**May include, but is not limited to the following:*

  • Clerical and administrative duties, as assigned by the supervisor
  • Department-specific duties, specified below:
  • Writing content for marketing campaigns, social content, SEU.edu, and more.
  • Other duties as assigned

*ADDITIONAL/NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES*

All remaining duties are considered "nonessential" within the context of the ADA, which means that the function could be reassigned to another employee in order to allow a disabled individual to hold the position. Alternatively, the manager could try to provide a reasonable accommodation so that the disabled individual could perform the function.

Experience using Google Suite products.

Sitting: Frequent sitting at a desk or workstation for extended periods.

## *SAFETY*

Employees required to drive their own personal vehicle, a rental car or an SEU vehicle in performance of their duties must pass an MVR records check and meet the requirements of the University’s insurance carrier in order to meet the requirements of the position.
