Our growing, client-centered estate planning and elder law firm is seeking a contract attorney to support our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This is a hybrid role with the ability to largely control your schedule and workload.

What You’ll Do
- Draft estate plans ranging from straightforward to more complex (revocable trusts, wills, business succession planning)
- Support probate and trust administration matters from start to finish
- Advise clients on Medicaid (Medical Assistance) planning, long-term care, and asset protection strategies
- Communicate directly with clients in a compassionate, clear, and confident manner
- Maintain organized, accurate case files
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, elder law, or related areas
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota
- Strong drafting and legal writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
- A client-centered mindset with the ability to handle sensitive family dynamics with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with Minnesota laws related to estate planning, probate, guardianship/conservatorship, and Medical Assistance
