We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Core Experience team to help shape the future of how users interact with Spotify. You’ll work on new conversational and AI-powered experiences that make it easier for users to express what they want and get to the right content effortlessly.

You’ll partner with a cross-functional team to define and deliver experiences across multiple surfaces, helping Spotify become more intuitive, responsive, and intelligent.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a product vision and strategy for conversational and AI-powered experiences on Spotify
  • Own and prioritize a long-term product roadmap across multiple surfaces and interaction models
  • Define intuitive user experiences that combine direct responses with seamless navigation across the app
  • Partner with engineering, design, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Use data, insights, and experimentation to inform decisions and improve user experience
  • Work in a cross-functional team to bring ideas from concept to launch
  • Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure consistency and maximize impact

Who You Are

  • You have a strong track record of building and shipping consumer products
  • Skilled at distilling complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences
  • Experienced in owning product strategy and roadmaps in cross-functional environments
  • An excellent communicator, able to align stakeholders and influence decisions
  • Comfortable using data and experimentation to inform decisions
  • Interested in AI and emerging technologies, and motivated to apply them in product development
  • A strategic thinker who can connect product decisions to broader company goals
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on delivering impact

Where You'll Be

  • This role is based in New York.
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.

The United States base range for this position is $147,595 - $210,850, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
