Position Overview:
Marble Builders is seeking an experienced, business-minded Restoration/Rebuild Manager who is self-motivated, process-driven, and passionate about developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in restoration construction, project coordination, and managing crews responsible for rebuild and repair work following property damage events.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage restoration/rebuild crews/subcontractors to ensure high-quality work, profitability, and on-schedule project execution
- Communicate company values, strategies, and department goals while holding team members accountable for results
- Coordinate all phases of the rebuild process, including estimating, scheduling, material procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control
- Inspect properties, identify necessary repairs, and develop detailed scopes of work for reconstruction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and consultants throughout the rebuild project
- Provide regular project updates, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with insurance and company standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members to support department growth and excellence
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the restoration or construction rebuild industry
- Experience working with insurance carriers and understanding insurance-driven construction projects
- Proficiency in project-management software; Xactimate and Dash experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Professional communication skills with a high level of integrity and customer service
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
