About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to spearhead the development of a new mobile application that will serve as the primary digital touchpoint for our homebuyers. This role involves designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences that guide customers through every stage of their homeownership journey—from initial education and onboarding to closing and post-sale support. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Salesforce, Marketing, and Field Operations to create innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline workflows, and foster long-term relationships. The Lead Product Designer will also play a critical role in shaping how AI and conversational interfaces are integrated into the customer experience, ensuring responsible and effective use of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product, UX/UI, or app design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app design and UX expertise
- Proficiency in Figma and other modern prototyping tools
- Experience designing complex, customer-facing products and flows
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and operational teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce-supported workflows or CRM-driven products
- Curiosity and interest in AI tools, chatbots, and conversational design
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively
- Confidence in presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver intuitive, customer-first mobile app experiences for iOS and Android platforms
- Translate complex home buying concepts into clear, approachable user interfaces and flows
- Develop and iterate on onboarding, educational content, warranty requests, and service workflows
- Create and refine AI chatbot interactions, conversation patterns, and related UI elements
- Design key milestones such as financing, title, insurance, and closing processes within the app
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, CX, Marketing, and Field Operations teams to ensure alignment
- Partner with Salesforce stakeholders to integrate app experiences with backend workflows and data models
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Apply and evolve Lennar’s design system for mobile-first use cases
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and implement iterative improvements
- Define how the app experience is reviewed, shared, and showcased internally
