About The Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic User Interface Designer to join our dynamic team in Toronto. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing custom graphic interfaces for HVAC and building automation systems installed at our clients' sites. Your creative skills will help translate complex technical data into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will collaborate closely with technical and project management teams, on-site technicians, and clients to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the graphical interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in graphic and web design, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, contribute to innovative solutions, and develop your skills within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Qualifications

• DEP/DEC/College diploma in graphic design, industrial design, mechanical design, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Strong knowledge of web design and programming principles
• Excellent command of Windows operating systems
• Experience with 3D modeling and web development is a plus
• Ability to connect controller points to graphic interfaces
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients
• Autonomy, creativity, and initiative in managing project tasks
• Speed of execution and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design custom graphic interfaces to facilitate HVAC and building automation system operations
• Create and modify graphic interfaces for building management systems based on project requirements
• Perform 3D modeling and web design tasks to enhance user experience
• Connect controller points to graphical interfaces, ensuring accurate data representation
• Make on-site adjustments in collaboration with technicians to optimize interface functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to technicians and customers
• Implement ongoing modifications and improvements throughout project phases
• Work closely with technical and project managers to meet project deadlines and specifications
• Maintain documentation of design processes and interface configurations
