Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage front desk operations with a concierge-level standard of service
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and complex scheduling
- Assist with client intake, document handling, and secure routing
- Maintain a pristine, organized office environment
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and our advisory team
