- Participate in the approval and review process for new overseas products and business initiatives, accurately identify anti-money laundering (AML) risk points, provide compliance optimization recommendations, and collaborate with business teams to ensure products are launched in a compliant and sustainable manner.
- Take ownership of ongoing compliance management for overseas gaming prepaid cards, top-up services, and related payment channels, including onboarding reviews, periodic inspections, and dedicated follow-up on abnormal risk incidents.
- Continuously monitor privacy compliance risks across overseas businesses, serve as the key liaison with the Group Legal team and external compliance resources, support the organization and implementation of data privacy assessments for new products, and conduct regular internal compliance spot checks and validations to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Lead and organize regular departmental Compliance Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes; formulate the annual compliance training plan for the department; oversee training execution, effectiveness evaluation, and follow-up actions to ensure timely closure of compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in anti-money laundering (AML), compliance, data privacy, or related fields; experience in the internet/technology industry is preferred.
- Familiar with overseas AML and privacy regulatory standards and compliance frameworks, particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong, the EU, and other major jurisdictions.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand core technical concepts such as data flows, data deployment, SDKs, cookies, etc., and translate legal/compliance requirements into practical product or technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to conduct overseas regulatory research, draft compliance opinions in English, and handle business communications professionally.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and rigorous in work style; strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively drive cross-functional compliance projects and ensure execution.
