Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Desk Specialist role located in New York, NY. The Service Desk Specialist will provide technical support, assist in troubleshooting, resolve help desk inquiries, and manage service desk operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining user support documentation, escalating unresolved issues to higher-level technicians, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware, software, and systems
- Experience in managing Service Desk and Help Desk Support operations
- Familiarity with information technology principles and ability to adapt to evolving IT environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar are a plus
