The Role: Lead the Operation

Think you can run a fast-paced, high-volume culinary operation without missing a beat? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily execution, lead teams, and keep everything running smoothly—from kitchen production to logistics and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leadership:

Manage and support kitchen, logistics, and support teams

Build a strong, accountable, and motivated crew

Operations Oversight:

Ensure daily production, packing, and delivery run efficiently

Monitor workflow, staffing, and scheduling to hit targets

Quality & Standards:

Maintain top-tier food quality, presentation, and safety standards

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter systems

Optimize productivity while maintaining quality

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in operations or hospitality management
