We are a high volume, fast paced insurance office that needs a Client Success Representative who values attention to detail, analysis, and follow-through. This Client Success Representative position requires an analytical, straightforward person who enjoys technical work and can communicate with different types of people. Client Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Answers a high volume of phone calls daily.
- Processes changes to active policies.
- Provide 5-star customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions.
- Enters client data into insurance quoting systems, keeping data accurate.
- Review insurance policies and contracts meticulously to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Follow established workflows and contribute to process improvements.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- 0-2 years of Customer Service Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry, preferably in an independent agency.
- Active Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain license within first 60 days of employment.
- Meticulous and able to carefully review insurance policies and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes.
- Customer-focused and able to address client concerns, answer questions, and provide insight and solutions effectively.
- Processed-oriented and able to follow established workflows while also contributing to process improvements when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-organized with good follow through to completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Proficient in Adobe Reader/Acrobat. Able to adapt and learn new, web based, computer software programs. Familiarity with EZLynx a plus.
Physical Demands
- Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a headset, and printer.
- Regular use of computer systems and phone calls, requiring prolonged screen time and phone conversations.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
