TigerStop is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist for our Vancouver, WA office. We’re looking for an accounting professional with manufacturing experience, inventory knowledge, and ERP experience who takes ownership of daily payables, supports vendors, and contributes to a smooth month-end close.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support accurate financial accounting for TigerStop LLC and related entities using the finance modules in the Epicor Kinetic ERP system
- Process vendor invoices with appropriate documentation, research discrepancies, and reconcile vendor accounts
- Prepare weekly check runs and maintain organized file management
- Record intercompany billings and banking transactions
- Process employee expense reports
- Calculate and process commissions to support payroll processing
- Prepare bank reconciliations along with other month-end procedures
- Process annual year-end 1099 reporting, filings, and mailings
- Enter journal entries, such as intercompany transactions or approved reclassifications
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with GAAP, paying strict attention to timing and cutoff issues
- Monitor financial and operational performance and provide analysis and visual representations of data for internal audiences and owners
- Crosstrain to provide back-up support for team members in other accounting functions

Skills, Education, and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting strongly preferred; equivalent education and professional experience may be considered. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience with accounts payable and inventory. Understanding of GAAP. Strong computer systems and data entry skills are required, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Strong working knowledge of Epicor or similar mid-tier ERP system. Experience in additional functional areas of accounting a plus.
