Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a
Data Scientist
. The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing predictive models, analyzing complex datasets, building scalable analytics solutions, and uncovering opportunities that improve business performance and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include statistical modeling, experimentation, forecasting, automation, and presenting actionable insights to key stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact business problems will be a core aspect of this role.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
Data Scientist
to support strategic and operational decision-making through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, experimentation, automation, and visualization. This role will help turn complex business data into intelligent systems and clear insights that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the patient journey.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly proficient in SQL and Python, experienced in statistical modeling, and comfortable working across dashboards, databases, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from large datasets
  • Proficiency in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
  • Strong knowledge of experimentation methods such as A/B testing and causal analysis
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with R is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Build predictive models for customer behavior, retention, conversion, forecasting, and operational efficiency
  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify growth opportunities, anomalies, and performance drivers
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests across marketing, product, and customer experience initiatives
  • Develop machine learning solutions to improve personalization, targeting, and decision-making
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs across marketing, operations, finance, and product performance
  • Work with databases and data warehouses to ensure clean, reliable, and accessible business data
  • Automate recurring analytical workflows and reporting processes
  • Partner with leadership, product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business questions into measurable models and insights
  • Present findings through clear narratives, visualizations, and recommendations
  • Help establish a data-driven culture by improving experimentation, forecasting, and strategic planning
