About the Role

As an
Account Manager
, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll build lasting relationships, respond to client needs with professionalism and urgency, and serve as a trusted resource for clients, carriers, and teammates alike.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day account servicing including applications, quotes, endorsements, renewals, and claims

• Respond promptly to client, carrier, and internal requests

• Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities for additional protection

• Support new business and retention efforts through strong service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system

• Stay current on carrier guidelines, products, and industry trends

• Collaborate with your team to support account growth and client success

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (Commercial or Personal Lines)

• Strong knowledge of coverages, underwriting, and rating

• Client-focused with excellent communication skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Active insurance license required

• Industry designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU, etc.) preferred
