QA Analyst
to join our client’s team in Minneapolis. This is an execution‑focused role where your functional testing expertise directly impacts the reliability and success of enterprise systems. You’ll work side by side with QA Leads, developers, and business partners in an agile environment, ensuring applications meet the highest quality standards before reaching end users.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) aligned to defined test strategies
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios for assigned applications and modules
- Validate application behavior against business and technical requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using established defect management tools and processes
- Perform regression testing to confirm fixes and prevent negative impacts to existing functionality
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA Leads in an agile environment
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain clear test documentation, execution results, and defect evidence
- Support test environment and test data readiness, reporting issues as they arise
- Contribute to QA best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 4–7 years of professional QA and software testing experience, focused on system and functional testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and test types (functional, integration, regression, UAT)
- Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail, Xray, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting defects and test outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple testing tasks while meeting sprint commitments
Bonus Points If You Have
- QA experience within financial or regulated organizations
- Exposure to enterprise-scale applications and complex integrations
- Experience supporting UAT alongside business stakeholders
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ISTQB or similar software testing certification preferred
